Role overview

Tasks

• Conducting the specialist development as part of the nursing management team and leading and co-designing the practice development process to promote a person-centered and evidence-based care practice
• consulting, empowering and accompanying nursing specialists, care specialists and station managers, especially in highly complex situations
• working in direct care and active participation in evaluations, projects and research groups
• Close cooperation with specialist management of the Breast-Bab Basin, the Department of Practice Development and Research and cooperation

in cross-Clinic, national and international specialist and working groups

• Development, implementation and further development of guidelines, concepts and technical standards Requirements:
• Completed Master of Science in Nursing or ongoing studies, respectively.

The willingness to complete a Master's degree

• Perennial, well-founded practical experience and in-depth theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing research as well as the ability to pass on this knowledge
• Teamwork skills and skills in participative leadership
