Controlling Specialist 60-80% — Concara (Domicil & Spitex Bern)

Role overview

Tasks: You ensure operational controlling with a focus on outpatient care and are responsible for medium-term planning, budgeting and ongoing reporting.

As a competent sparring partner, you support the management and team management in all business management issues.

You will also develop and maintain the basis for internal and external statistical evaluations, especially in the areas of SOMED and cost accounting.

You will actively participate in group-wide financial planning and contribute your ideas and perspectives.

Together with various stakeholders, you will continuously develop the group-wide controlling instruments and processes - future-oriented, pragmatic and with clean documentation.

Requirements

• Higher business education with a focus on finance & controlling
• Several years of experience in operational controlling
• Project experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of dealing with complex data models
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and pivot tables) as well as BI and analysis tools
• Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• Independence and initiative
