Main responsibilities

- You accompany employees and managers in personnel-relevant topics along the entire employee lifecycle and ensure that our HR processes function professionally, reliably and service-oriented.
- You combine operational implementation strength with a clear view of quality, structure and further development.
- You take responsibility for administrative and operational HR topics, ensure the quality of our HR data and processes, are in contact with internal and external partners and keep an overview of several topics at the same time.
Key requirements

- Completed further training in human resources, HR specialist with federal law.
- Professional ID or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a company with seasonal structures
- Good knowledge in Swiss employment law and in social insurance
- Experience in personnel administration, payroll proximity and management consulting
- Secure handling of HR systems and digital processes
- Self-contained, structured and solution-oriented working methods
- High accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Confident German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of English
- Pleasure in people, clarity in communication and a pragmatic attitude
