2 years of professional experience: in the area of meat / fish / cheese / service
Complete professional teaching (EFZ): as butcherin, meat retailerin or chef

You prepare meat, fish, and cheese for the service sale and present them appealing.
You make sure that all hygiene regulations are complied with.
You make sure that our goods are available at the operating counter in the required quantity (goods disposition).

You are responsible for the freshness and durability of our goods and always check them at regular intervals.
