• Co-development of the individual treatment plans of the admitted persons within the framework of reference work

• Training of everyday, self- and social skills

• Design of non-working time and weekly organisation

• Participation in projects and working groups

Requirements

• They have completed training in social work FH, social education HF or an equivalent recognised training in the social field.

• They bring with them experience or willingness to learn for socio-educational work in a forensic context with adolescents and young adults. They have the ability to interpret the behavior of young adults.

• They have emotional stability and a professional approach to closeness and distance.

• They work activity-related and with mental flexibility.

• They can express themselves fluently (word and writing) in German.

• They are ready for team and shift work.
