Tasks: • Responsibility as an application/service manager for the stable operation and further development of ServiceNow and the modules ITSM, ITOM and SPM • Coordination of releases, updates and tests incl. Documentation • Support and error analysis in 1st and 2nd levels and coordination of 3rd level support with the supplier • Interface management for connected systems (KSBL-Systeme, Supplier) Analysis, modelling and optimization of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, CMDB) • Support for IT areas in the collection of requirements and their systemic implementation in ServiceNow • Ensuring compliance, governance and best practices in IT service operations • Advice and support for ITSM processes and tool usage • Ensuring complete application, process and operating documentation • Project support for the introduction of new modules incl. Configuration, integration and documentation
Requirements: • Complete higher education in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications (HF/FH/Uni) • Multiannual professional experience (3–8 years) in IT service management in a comparable role • Experience in the administration or application management of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, SPM) • Funded experts in ServiceNow regarding integration, automation and configuration • ITIL 4.0 Foundation and further ITSM certifications of advantage • Basic knowledge of script or programming languages • Experience with reporting, dashboards and quality indicators desirable • Communication-strong, service-oriented personality with high social competence • Joy in working with different stakeholders and in promoting a service-oriented IT culture • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English in word and writing • Key role in the modernization and digitization of the IT organization of a leading Swiss canton hospital • Possibility to actively shape and develop ServiceNow and the ITSM operating model • Responsive activity with design space and high visibility in the company • Attractive employment conditions, modern working environment and targeted training opportunities • Open and dedicated team with interdisciplinary cooperation
Key requirements
- Completed higher education in the field of IT, business IT, or equivalent qualification (HF/FH/Uni)
- Several years of professional experience (3-8 years) in IT service management in a similar role
- Experience in the administration or application management of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, SPM)
- In-depth expertise in ServiceNow regarding integration, automation, and configuration
- ITIL 4.0 Foundation and further ITSM certifications are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and quality indicators is desirable
- Communicative, service-oriented personality with high social skills
