- At least 5 years of relevant experience in thermal separation technologies (e.g., distillation, evaporation, extraction, crystallization) A team‑oriented mindset combined with a hands‑on working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A problem‑solving attitude and the capability to develop practical technical solutions A customer‑focused approach paired with strong analytical abilities
