Tasks - End-to-end processes in the sales & distribution environment (e.g.
Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash) quickly capture, analyze and identify optimization potential in terms of revenue, efficiency and customer experience

Lead-to-Cash process: Consider the impact of changes along the entire value chain – from lead generation to supply and order to invoicing, after-sales – ensuring quality and feasibility: Formulate requirements in such a way that they are technically correct, testable and technically feasible, including clear acceptance criteria and close coordination with development and quality assurance requirements - Multi-year experience as IT business analyst in the areas of sales, order, delivery and/or return processes - Good SAP understanding -
Knowledge in process analysis, requirement management and ailron methods
