Tasks
- You develop strong visual guiding ideas and design concepts for campaigns across POS, print, digital and image communication
- You will develop master designs and visual systems that work across channels and consistently strengthen our brand identity.
- Ensure the creative quality of campaigns and advertising materials in close cooperation with marketing, campaign management and external partners
- You take over the professional coaching in the junior design area and promote the creative development in the team
- You implement concepts yourself if necessary and design advertising materials, digital assets and POS measures hands-on and you bring new design, technology and AI approaches into our creative way of working and help to develop them further.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a senior designer, art director or in a comparable creative role
- A strong portfolio in campaigning, branding and visual communication
- Very good conceptual and design skills with high quality standards
- In-depth experience in designing for print, POS and digital channels as well as very good Adobe CC skills as well as good German and English skills
- Curiosity about new technologies and AI as well as the joy of actively developing creative processes
