- Assuming work packages or project responsibility as well as managing internal and external teams as a content-related sparring partner for customers at specialist and management level
- Actively build long-term customer relationships, identify follow-up potential and develop new opportunities together with senior management with the aim of gradually assuming their own customer responsibility
- Close cooperation with senior managers and engagement managers as well as use of targeted sponsorship and mentoring on the way to client lead
- Active co-creation of the consulting offer by introducing new topics, methods or internal initiatives and thus shaping the further development of Eraneos Switzerland This job is for you if
- a completed university degree at a prestigious university (ETH, HSG, EPFL or similar) at at least master level along with a strong academic track record is your basis
- first relevant experience in consulting, transformation, technology, strategy, public sector or a challenging in-house role is already part of your path
- entrepreneurial thinking, the will to customer responsibility and the ambition to position yourself as a trusted sparring partner at C-level in the long term, drive you
