Company and context
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions or in leading complex projects within a multinational organization, consultancy, investment bank, or financial advisory environment.
- Strong expertise in financial management, business analysis, valuation, governance, risk management, and strategic business planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, businesses, and geographies.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage, combined with flexibility, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment.
