Tasks

You work on night work and are ready to do it also on weekends and public holidays

They can be used individually in day service to get to know and deepen operational processes and developments.

They are responsible for prison order and security and supervise the security and surveillance facilities

They have oversight and responsibility for detained persons and maintain calm and ability to act in emergencies and stressful situations

They understand how to deal with people in difficult life situations and meet incarcerated people respectfully and professionally

They inform the day service seamlessly and correctly about the incidents at night

Experience in security, law enforcement, blue light organizations or similar fields of activity is beneficial.

You are at least 25 years old and have an impeccable reputation (punitive and enforcement register)

You are at least 25 years old and have an impeccable reputation (punitive and enforcement register)
You have good oral and written knowledge of German, as well as user knowledge of MS-Office
You have decision-making ability, assertiveness and set the right priorities in difficult situations
They recognize other cultures and religions
You are responsible and have personal maturity
You have a professional qualification and/or several years of professional experience
