Tasks: • Responsibility for the quality of care on the ward in collaboration with the leadership team • Ensuring evidence-based nursing practice and active activity in direct care • Supporting and empowering the nursing team in complex nursing situations, accompanying the nursing process and promoting the implementation of new nursing scientific findings into practice • Participation in the development, implementation and further development of guidelines, guidelines and concepts and ensuring their compliance • Participation in project and working groups for the further development of nursing practice Requirements: • Completed studies as a Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing, or the willingness to complete a Master of Science in Nursing • Sound practical experience in the field of surgery as well as in-depth theoretical knowledge in nursing and practice development • Proactive and communicative personality with a confident demeanor in an interdisciplinary environment • Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and action complemented by strong consulting and leadership skills • High social skills and a strong service orientation We offer: • Depending on age, 28-33 paid vacation days per year • Extensive opportunities for Further education and training, e.g.
