Role overview

Your responsibilities Development, maintenance and optimization of interactive Power BI reports and KPI dashboards including data modeling, DAX and Power Query Creation of business, sales, customer and campaign analyses as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action for sales and customer marketing Responsibility for the quarterly incentive and targeting process of sales service from the target definition and stakeholder coordination to the success measurement and performance control Identification of relevant target channels, customer segments and growth potentials Planning, monitoring and evaluation of campaigns and activations including documentation of the most important learnings Measuring of the effect of brand visibility activities at the point of consumption according to relevant standards and priorities Implementation of deep dive analyses on the assortment, product mix, distribution, customer development and sales performance Further development of launch trackers together with CMI as well as support in the definition of the on-trade cycle goals Ensuring a consistent and address-oriented reporting in close cooperation with sales, trade marketing, controlling, CRM and other stakeholders Ensuring a high data quality through plausibility checks and a comprehensible KPI logic across various source systems Further training in business analysis, data analysis, statistics or business administration is an advantage.

Several years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting or sales analytics, ideally in the FMCG environment.

Very good knowledge of Power BI, especially in dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query and DAX, as well as a secure handling of Excel and Microsoft 365.

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable ERP and CRM systems.

Knowledge of SQL, data models, interfaces and data quality are a plus.

Knowledge of data flows, lakehouse or cloud concepts as well as an understanding of governance, permissions and documentation are beneficial.

Very good knowledge of German and English.

Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, a flair for numbers, and the ability to identify connections and business opportunities.

An independent, structured and careful working method, combined with initiative, willingness to learn and a high degree of solution orientation.
