Main responsibilities

- You inspire guests with professional service work such as flamebing, tranching and filleting directly at the table
- You lead, promote and develop your team and provide a motivating team spirit
- You are responsible for personnel and assignment planning as well as a smooth running of day-to-day business in cooperation with the management team of the staff restaurant of ZKB
- You ensure consistent compliance with quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
- You manage reservations, create offers and take on administrative tasks with high professionalism
- You work closely with the kitchen as well as internal stakeholders and actively support the division management Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience: in a similar function, preferably in the gourmet gastronomy or 5* hotel industry
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a restaurant specialist*
