- He/she manages the activities of his/her teams and ensures continuous improvement of the processes of his/her business.
- It is the entry point of the admin service team for dispatch and provides support on inventory procedures
- He/she creates conditions to facilitate efficiency gains in activity and plans to support change towards these developments (including external and internal partnerships)
- He/she prioritizes the activities of his/her team taking into account: the needs of networks
- deployment plans in its territory + national vision our commitments with clients
- the criticality (business continuity) of our customers and RDF
- It ensures the maintenance of the business processes related to its activity and is the guarantor of the management of knowledge related to its activity.

- You have significant experience in the field of in vitro diagnosis (or equivalent) directly related to technical (hardware or application) and organizational dimensions.
- You have good leadership qualities and good skills for coaching and team development
