Their tasks
- Ensuring professional and customer-oriented care
- Implementation of all care interventions taking into account medical, personnel, economic and operational requirements and framework conditions
- Identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of care services in the areas of prevention, curation and rehabilitation-specific education
- Admission, involvement and support of nursing students during their practical training phase
- Determination of individual learning objectives adapted to the level of training and skills to be developed
- Promoting the development of self-employment, clinical judgment, professional appearance and interpersonal skills of students
- Support for the implementation of theoretical knowledge into daily clinical practice
- Conduct of interim and final assessments in accordance with the guidelines of training centres
- Promoting patient involvement in their care plan and regaining their independence
- Performing delegated medical acts, delegating acts according to one’s own role and taking responsibility for them
- Contribution to a solution-oriented cooperation within the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in the supervision and assessment of students and interns as well as in the training of new employees We offer:
