In our rehabilitation clinic Basel in the Claraspital, we treat patients especially in the field of internistic and oncological rehabilitation through modern and patient-centered care. In order to ensure seamless service operations and the satisfaction of our guests and patients, our valued specialists provide high-quality and diverse services every day.
The regular workload is 40%. During the holiday representation a 100% work assignment is required.
Your tasks
- Scheduling: Create patient therapy plans and take care of entry and exit management
- Patient management: Record patient data in our clinic information system (KIS) and create patient dossiers in contact with assignment
- Administration: Assist with general secretarial work such as mail processing and telephone control
- Information: Be the information and contact point for patients, visitors and employees
- Finance: You are responsible for the cash system incl. Monthly accounts
- Organization: Support the further development and implementation of patient administration processes and structures
What you bring
- Training: Commercial or paramedical training completed
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar function, preferably in healthcare
- IT knowledge: Very good user knowledge (Word, Excel, planning systems, etc.)
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German in Word and Scripture
- Personality: You are characterized by a high service concept, an independent working method as well as a strong organizational and coordination talent and convince with teamwork, flexibility and reliability
