Tasks: • You are responsible for supporting the HF and FH students at your assigned stations • You actively accompany the learning process of trainees and promote them according to their training status • You carry instructions and practical instructions on the assigned stations • You monitor, review and discuss the learning documentation and other written assignments of trainees • You are responsible for implementing the vocational training concept Care and for implementing the educational plans • You are responsible for a continuous and transparent flow of information between the vocational training officers, the station management, the specialist and the trainees • You take on an expert role in the implementation of practical qualification procedures and thus greatly support the quality of training • Operations are usually carried out in the day service of MO-FR
Requirements: • You have a degree as a nursing professional HF/FH and brings professional experience in acute care • You have ideally already experience in vocational training and have already completed the SVEB I and/or are willing to further train yourself professionally. • You are happy to train young people professionally and accompany them on their way • You like to work interdisciplinary, networked and solution-oriented • You adapt to the field of education and training of care if you use your educational flair for professional training in care
