Role overview
Duties - Responsibility for EFZ (FaGe, MPT), HF/FH (Pflege, OT) training programs and achieving training goals - Professional and individual support of apprentices, taking into account different performance levels - Implementation of the training concept and accompaniment of apprentices in professional and personal learning processes - Coaching of trainers and organization of training and further education courses - Point of contact for all questions in the field of vocational training - Active participation in the selection and recruitment of apprentices - At least 20% of the activity in direct care, also on the training station • Requirements - Completed training as a nurse HF/FH - Supplementary training SVEB 1 or SVEB 2 or willingness to obtain the federal training certificate - Pronounced communication skills, familiarity with young adults, flexibility and openness - Years of experience in the field (especially in the current field), teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills - High professional, methodological and social competence, quality awareness and service orientation - Independence, commitment, resilience and dynamic, solution-oriented work approach - Organizational talent and structured work method - Familiarity with EDV (MS Office, KIS) - Native language German, knowledge of English and French • What we offer - Varied and stimulating activity in a lively and interesting work environment with modern infrastructure and attractive working conditions - Comprehensive introduction and support in continuous professional development - Innovative training station where apprentices assist patients independently, supported by trainers and professional training managers - The opportunity to actively contribute to the promotion of future generations of nurses and to shape innovative forms of training - A team of currently three professional training managers, looking for a motivated person to join us in accompanying and developing apprentices Contact - We are pleased to receive your application as a professional training manager!

Key requirements
