- Define and execute the roadmap for next-generation Retail AI Ads reporting (including AI search trends and insights, alongside AI-Readiness diagnostics) to give advertisers clarity, trust, and control during the AI Search transition.
- Collaborate with core SAGE teams (retrieval, bidding, and auction) to eliminate offer delivery gaps and power Shopper-Aware Personalization, leveraging retail signals to match high-intent shoppers with the right merchant catalog.

Main responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for next-generation Retail AI Ads reporting (including AI search trends and insights, alongside AI-Readiness diagnostics) to give advertisers clarity, trust, and control during the AI Search transition.
- Collaborate with core SAGE teams (retrieval, bidding, and auction) to eliminate offer delivery gaps and power Shopper-Aware Personalization, leveraging retail signals to match high-intent shoppers with the right merchant catalog.
- Engage directly with Retail advertisers and Sales/Go-to-Market teams to identify and translate customer pain points into new product innovations.
- Establish measurement frameworks and rapid experiment pipelines with Engineering and Data Science.
- Forge partnerships and align joint roadmaps across SAGE, Ad Platform (AP), Search/AIM, Commerce, and GBO/Sales, authoring strategy papers and leading executive reviews.
