Application process
- Preparation and submission of grant applications in consultation with departmental and management
- Active thinking, which existing and future offers for funding foundations could be interesting
- Analysis of rejection and feedback for continuous application optimization
- Cooperation with the communication managers in the implementation of the communication strategy with a clear focus on fundraising
- Training in marketing / business administration / project management and further education in fundraising (e.g. ZHAW, CEPS Basel or comparable)
- Obligatory at least 2-3 years of professional experience in fundraising in the NPO area and proven experience in preparing grant applications to foundations as well as project reports
- proficiency in German (mother tongue or C2);
- Knowledge of French and English is advantageous (for relationship management with international support partners from the region)
