Your Mission
Within Digital IT, the Project Management Officer (PMO) Lead is responsible for structuring, facilitating and continuously improving the governance of projects, programmes and portfolios.
A true partner of the Directorate, he/she ensures the consistency of management practices, the quality of management data, the consolidation of portfolio visibility and the development of team maturity.

Main responsibilities

- Define, deploy and evolve the governance framework for projects, programs and portfolios.
- Ensure the harmonisation and consistency of project management practices throughout the Digital IT organisation.
- Define the rules for prioritizing, adjudicating and monitoring initiatives, taking into account capacities, dependencies and strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements (audit, security, finance, architecture) as well as standards and good market practices.
- Identify governance gaps and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Provide methodological reference to Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and operational managers.
- Support strategic initiatives by contributing to framing, defining governance mechanisms and securing conditions for success.

- Prepare arbitrations and recommendations for governance bodies and steering committees.
- Produce executive dashboards, strategic analysis and decision support.
- Support and coach Project Managers and Portfolio Managers in the preparation of steering committees, steering committees and investment committees.
- Ensure clear, synthetic and regular communication with Leadership Digital IT.
- Continuous Improvement & Skills Development
- Assess the maturity of project and portfolio practices within the organization.
