- Advise and support managers and staff on operational People topics.
- Act as a trusted partner for our teams in the regions of Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Basel.
- Self-manage the management and monitoring of the various People processes for your perimeter.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from the definition of need to onboarding.
- Support the managers in identifying and developing talent.
- Support teams and managers in change processes and contribute to a positive corporate culture.
- Participate in People projects and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives.
- Use HR data and indicators to identify needs and propose measures adapted to business.
- Work closely with other members of the People team across Switzerland.
- Basic business training supplemented by a federal certificate of human resources specialist, or advanced training with a specialization in human resources.
- Experience in a general HR function or similar, with a good understanding of operational issues.
- A real ease in building trust relationships with the managers and employees.
- A strong People Value Creation orientation, combined with empathy, flexibility and a pragmatic approach.
- An interest in the digital tools and new technologies, including artificial intelligence, the success of the two systems. - An excellent mastery of French and a good skill in German, allowing to exchange with the managers and employees. Good knowledge of English is also an asset. - Availability for regular travel in the regions of Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Basel.
