- You coach our managers in presence and case management service-oriented and collegial
- You work actively and solution-oriented with all social insurance partners, KTG and UVG
- You contribute input to optimize the processes of presence and case management Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in case management: including case management of complex cases in a large company and/or in insurance
- Eidg.
- Professional ID: or CAS mandatory in the field of social insurance and/or case management
- Implementation-strong personality with a high sense of responsibility and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication strength and ability to deal constructively with different stakeholders, even in challenging situations
