In addition, our five-seat temporary reception centre (CAT) offers activities for seniors four days a week. We're looking for Gilly Hospital one: Nurse (F/H) in RTC at 80-100%

Main responsibilities

- Identify the patient's needs and resources systematically.
- Develop care objectives with the patient, his or her relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a comprehensive therapeutic project.
