Role overview

Tasks

• Central contact point for the registration with active participation in the first impression of the ambulatory clinic as well as versatile interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist areas such as orthopedics, plaster & wound, technical orthopedics and the ambulatory platform

• Coordination of appointments and implementation of day planning in the team including efficient prioritization of tasks

• Processing of patient images, maintenance of master data and secure documentation in SAP/RIS and other hospital information systems

• Ensuring professional switch and telephone service as well as service-oriented communication with patients and internal and external interfaces

• supporting clinical operations through general administrative activities as well as material and process related tasks; as necessary also participation in care activities on the patient

Requirements

• Completed training as medical practice assistant (MPA)

• Experience in administrative activities, ideally in the ambulatory or clinical setting

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge of French and/or English is advantageous or the willingness to develop it

• High service orientation, discretion and secure handling of sensitive patient data

• Flexibility, organizational strength and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
