- You take over the deputy of the production manager in his absence
- You actively coordinate and organize day-to-day business Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience: in meat processing
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): meat specialist
- Several years of professional experience in a production plant
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to assume leadership responsibility High quality and responsibility awareness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
