- Design the management process at the operational level, assess the feasibility of operations at the medical level and represent JMed professionally and organizationally
- Monitor the army's readiness to serve in the medical service, develop risk management and create the paramedic situation picture
- Develop medical guidelines, concepts and decision-making bases for operations and coordinate implementation with internal and external partners
- Analyze missions, define indicators and derive measures for the further development of the department and contributions to the army command
- Representation of the medical department in projects, working groups and specialised committees, leadership of militia members and implementation of the safety requirements of the firearms This makes you unique
- University or Fachhochschul degree (Bachelor) or higher technical or business training with several years of professional experience
- Training and practical experience in project and process management as well as sound knowledge of military management and medical processes at operational level
- Several years of experience as a staff officer and strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- knowledge and practical experience of the medical profession in the international context and willingness to train in this field
- High social and leadership skills, independent and responsible working methods and a secure attitude towards internal and external partners
