- To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed medical practice assistant as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement.
- Work assignment: Tuesday and Friday full day, remaining work assignment by arrangement. Their tasks:
- Administrative handling of patient entries (ambulatory and inpatient) OP planning
- Organisation of anesthesia consultation hours
- You are the central contact person for external referees, insurance companies and patients Telephone service
- person for intra-clinic concerns, interdisciplinary cooperation
- Participation in cardiological consultation
- General office work such as scanning files, ordering etc.
