Tasks
- Support of Purchasing Managers and Purchasing Product Managers in the area of assortment, promotions, supplier management as well as in administrative tasks for the range of brands and own brands, women’s outerwear and children’s clothing
- Collection, mutation and maintenance of supplier master data, article master data, and action master data, logistics/dispo master data
- Textile promotion planning in SAP (campaign management, organization of promotional processing) as well as ensuring price control for assortment campaigns Textile
- Communication with suppliers: inside, outlets, warehouse and internal offices in German, French and English
- Assistance in the development of Coop City brochures and advertisements (organization of patterns, master data, plausibility checking and data assurance of advertising and sales planning)
- Assistance in controlling activities (create analyses, prepare key figures)
Requirements
- Basic commercial training completed
- Professional experience in marketing / communication is advantageous
- Communicative and independent personality with a high solution orientation, who likes to work in a team and takes on personal responsibility
- Quick understanding
- Communicative and stylish German, as well as good English and French skills are advantageous
