In order to support the further development of our Quality Organization, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Manager QA – Quality Management Systems (QMS) (a), 100%.
In this role, you take responsibility for the further development and harmonization of our quality management processes. They shape the interface between local requirements and global quality standards and, together with process owners, departments and other quality functions, drive the continuous improvement and digitalization of our QMS.
Their tasks
- Responsibility for the maintenance, control and continuous development of defined QMS processes
- Assumption of process owner or process lead responsibility for selected quality processes
- Coordination and support of the local implementation of global quality policies, standards and process specifications
- Harmonization, standardization and continuous improvement of global QMS processes
- Identification of compliance risks and potential for improvement as well as initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures
- Representing local requirements and supporting the implementation of global quality initiatives
- Participation in local and global quality communities and projects
- Collection, analysis and presentation of relevant QMS indicators and trends
- Management and cooperation in projects for harmonization, simplification and digitalization of quality processes
Your profile
- Completed scientific, pharmaceutical or technical university studies at master level or bachelor level with appropriate professional experience and additional qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in the quality management of a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industry
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory requirements in Switzerland and the EU
- Experience with quality management systems and relevant QMS processes, such as document management, deviation, CAPA or change management
- Experience in process ownership, process management or professional responsibility for quality processes
- Experience in cross-divisional project work and in cooperation with different stakeholders
- Experience with electronic quality management systems, such as Veeva, MasterControl or comparable systems
- Experience in the audit and inspection environment is beneficial
- Strong ability to analyze complex relationships in a structured manner and to develop pragmatic solutions
- Very good communication and coordination skills as well as enjoyment of lateral leadership and cross-divisional cooperation
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
