Role overview

Tasks

• As a logistics specialist, you will be used where consumer and production goods, packages and other goods are transported, stored and distributed.

• At the University Hospital you are responsible for the professional management of goods (e.g.

medical disposable materials, laboratory, household articles, office materials, laundry, forms and food).

• You receive them, check and register them in the system.

When an order arrives, you prepare the corresponding goods for storage

• Continue to check the stockpiles regularly so that there are no overstocks or shortages
• In all areas, you use computers, smartphones and tablets as important tools.

You order goods with it, carry out inventory checks, plan warehouse management and produce statistics Requirements

• You have completed the compulsory school period level A
• Accuracy and ability to concentrate distinguish you
• You have a good understanding of organizational processes
• Good manners, teamwork, honesty, service orientation and responsibility are a matter of course for you
• You have robust health and are adept at practical work
