For the Senevita Lindenbaum in Spreitenbach we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement a Managing Director in Senevita Lindenbaum 100% Your tasks

• You are responsible for the management of a company with around 180 employees, who take care of a high quality of life of our residents (140 care places)
• You are responsible for the operational management of Senevita Lindenbaum and lead the management teams directly
• You develop strategic guidelines to achieve company goals
• You enjoy contact and exchange with residents, relatives, employees and external partners
• You promote the regional anchoring of the company through active networking and public relations work
• Acquisition of new residents makes you fun
• You work closely with the areas of care, hospitality, catering and administration and promote cross-divisional cooperation
• With your innovative ideas, you take the company one step further
• Through the good cooperation with the headquarters you reach your goals playfully

What you distinguish yourself with

• You have completed the training for institution management or a comparable, qualified training with business knowledge
• You are anchored in the region, have a good network and bring broad experience in the acquisition
• Ideally, you have an education in the nursing area (desirable)
• You have fun in the management and bring several years of experience in the management of a company
• You are an engaging and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma
• You do not lose your humor even in strict everyday life and the role as host is tailored to your body
