For the Senevita Hubpünt in Seengen we are looking for a specialist activation (m/f) 40 as of January 2027 % Your tasks
- You plan, coordinate and carry out various offers of the weekly and annual activities in cooperation with the nursing service manager
- You perform individual and group activities
- You document the activity services provided in the Care Coach
- You conduct the weekly gymnastics with all interested parties
- You help shape everyday life, the activation offer and the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities

- Further education as a specialist Activation and everyday design
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with older people
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German, MS Office knowledge is advantageous
