Opening of the third living area Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services in old age and employs around 4,000 people. Outpatient and stationary offerings merge seamlessly. While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. In January 2026, the Senevita Birsgarten opened in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected department), 52 apartments for assisted living and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections.We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality as residential management 80-100 %
Your tasks
- Recruitment and introduction of employees as well as the professional and personnel management of your team
- Establishment and organisation of the department with 22 residents and integrated Spitex
- Co-design and introduction of management and care processes and active participation
- Personnel deployment/service planning, employee interviews
- Responsibility for classification by interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
- Communication and maintaining contact with internal and external customers
- Significant characterization of the working atmosphere and an effective working environment
You bring that with you
- Completed vocational training as dipl. tertiary level nurse (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP). For foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRC is mandatory
- Long-term management and professional experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of RAI- HC/interRAI LTCF
- Management experience with appropriate leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (min B2)
- Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
- Resilience and very good organizational skills
