Tasks
- Leadership and further development of IT Operations & Service Management with three teams
- Ensuring a stable, secure and efficient operation of the responsible IT services
- Responsibility for the ITSM platform, the further development of central processes and the management of serious disruptions and escalations
- Responsibility for cost centre, budget as well as service provider and contract management
- Ensuring the implementation of initiatives, projects and improvement measures in your own area
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education or training
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable role in the IT operations, infrastructure or service management environment
- Proven experience in managing complex IT operations, especially in the event of serious disruptions and escalations
- Experience in the further development of processes, standards and cooperation in IT operations
- High decision-making strength, structured working methods and strong communication skills as well as very good knowledge of German and English
