Main responsibilities
- Preparation of cold and warm dishes
- Advice and service for our guests as well as serving menus
- Setting up and maintaining the buffets in the free flow (guest area)
- Active support in goods management and in receiving goods deliveries
- Various mise en place work in the respective work area
- Compliance with the GMZ quality standards and the HACCP hygiene guidelines Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience: in the required area
- Graduated Vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a chef
- Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday in various shifts (early and late shifts, without room hours)
- Motivated, organized and humorous team player personality
