Your responsibility

Your background

• Completed training as polymechanic EFZ, mechatronics technician EFZ or similar.

• Category B driver’s license, good PC knowledge (MS office, process control system), as well as good knowledge of German in words and writing round off their profile.

Office for Industrial Enterprises

The Office for Industrial Enterprises (AIB) is a department of the Building and Environmental Protection Directorate of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. With more than 60 employees, we are responsible for 26 wastewater treatment plants, 175 kilometres of sewers and 2 landfills. This includes not only the operation but also the preservation of value, the planning and construction of the technical facilities. With our commitment, we protect our waters and ensure an environmentally friendly treatment of recyclable materials.

What else you should know

You will be gradually introduced to your new tasks at the wastewater treatment plants in Füllinsdorf, Sissach, Bubendorf and Niederdorf and benefit from the exchange of knowledge with experienced internal and external experts. The training as a clarifier VSA takes place in part-time for a period of about two years.
