Your responsibility
- Under the direction of public prosecutors, they process statements in the area of speed overruns, the Order Bus Act and the judicial prohibitions.
- You will be in contact in writing and orally with the parties to the proceedings, their lawyers and members of other authorities, in particular the police.
- You prepare the final decisions in your proceedings (penal orders, hiring orders and non-handling).
- They provide rotary telephone service.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft prosecutes crimes committed by adults aged 18 and over.
