Main responsibilities
- In the apprenticeship Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ (Brache Gesundheit) you can expect a diverse working day.
- You will gain insight into Switzerland’s healthcare system and the various areas of a dynamic healthcare operation.
- Through the regular changes of department, you learn the following
- Know administrative departments and their working environments: 1st year of training: Patient administration : You process administrative information about treatments and therapies – carefully, discreetly and always well organized.
- Patient admission: Patients are received by you and ensure that their administrative support runs smoothly. 2nd year of apprenticeship: Purchasing & Logistics : You support with ordering medical supplies / office supplies and help ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
- Financial accounting : You get insight into the Fibu and support in the audit of the invoices. 3rd year of training: HR : You help to create and manage employment contracts, maintain personnel data and get to know the administrative processes surrounding human resources.
- Finance : In the company accounting you get insight into the billing of the costs / services of a hospital according to the applicable tariffs. Requirements

- Your work posture is reliable, self-responsible and careful
