Courts of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft

The courts of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft are responsible for the jurisdiction of the canton. At the level of the first instance, they consist of two civil district courts, the criminal court, juvenile court and coercive measures court, as well as the tax and expropriation court. The second instance is the cantonal court with four departments. The court administration is attached to the cantonal court. Our volunteers offer a versatile training opportunity in justice. Volunteers take care of their own cases under the guidance of experienced court clerks and gain valuable insights into everyday court life. We look forward to your application.
