Duties - Rotation through different specialized teams (hand surgery, shoulder-elbow, spine, foot-ankle, knee and sports orthopedics, hip-pelvis tumors-infections, traumatology) - Learning to manage patients and their families in these specialized teams - Taking patient history, status and local status - Performing examinations and tests - Acquiring manual skills such as wound care, drainage - Assisting in the operating room and performing minor surgical procedures under guidance - Administrative tasks such as record keeping and reports, case presentations in rounds and visits - Active participation in outpatient clinics with patient evaluation and presentation - Opportunity for orthopedic-trauma skills training in our Surgical Skills and Training Lab (e.g.
