Main responsibilities
- You are the first contact person for our employees and take over the first and second level support – by phone, via the ticket system and on site Requirements

Application process
- You manage around 650 computer workstations as well as our clinical and administrative applications and ensure smooth operation
- You install, configure and maintain hardware, software, network components and communications and peripherals
- Ensure that hardware, software, license and inventory data is kept complete and up-to-date
- You will advise our employees competently on IT issues, recognize their needs and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions
- you are actively involved in exciting computer science projects and contribute your ideas to the further development of our IT environment You are fit for us if
- you have completed training as a computer scientist EFZ (platform development, company informatics or ICT specialist) or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience
- you have already gained experience in IT support and support of Windows client environments
- You ideally have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/MECM or similar technologies;
