The Position The team provides timely, accurate and decision-relevant information to support the Head of Group Controlling and Accounting, Head of Strategic Finance, Pharma CFO and ultimately the CEO, the Corporate Executive Committee and the Board of Directors in value creation and financial performance management.

In addition, it provides timely, accurate and decision-relevant information and analysis of actual and planned financial performance of the Pharmaceutical Division management units.

The Opportunity The Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCoE) focuses on three areas: delivering a high-level of financial expertise, innovative insights, and an entrepreneurial mindset that enables agility and flexibility for stakeholders.

This role involves preparing presentations for the Pharma Leadership Team and Pharma Finance Leadership Team, alongside supporting the compilation of critical management reports for the Corporate Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and other key decision-makers.

You will also assist in analyzing the performance of the Roche Pharma Division, generating valuable insights, and contributing to various ad-hoc financial projects, ensuring all reports are updated and continuously enhanced.

Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of evidence and supporting documents to back-up the reported financial results.

Who You are

• You are currently enrolled at University studying Finance / Economics or a similar degree, or you completed your degree within the past 12 months prior to the start date.
