- Support operational, governance, planning, and business management activities across the Canada and US Market Units and the In-Force Optimization team, working with stakeholders across L&H and the Canadian Composite Market in North America.

- Prepare and maintain standard reports, ensuring timely availability of key performance indicators to support leadership steering and performance monitoring
- Develop high-quality presentation materials for management meetings, committee updates, town halls, internal and external events, team offsites, and communication packages
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on key operational topics , including cost management and follow-up on operational risk mitigation actions
- Support change management and performance management initiatives, including executive presentation preparation and implementation of strategic priorities
- Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to analyze information , create content , automate routine activities, and continuously improve ways of working
- Collate and synthesize internal and external data, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support business decisions
- Assist with governance-related activities, including compliance topics, records management, control evidence collection, action tracking, and follow-up on key business commitments
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and event management, helping foster a connected and motivated team culture
