Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: You help our patients with internistic and oncological limitations to find their way back to an independent life
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: In close cooperation with the various disciplines, you promote holistic rehabilitation in order to achieve the best possible results
• Various activities: In addition to the care and care of patients, dealing with modern medical technology is also part of your task, e.g. wound management, PEG probes and infusion management
• Professional training: We promote your continuous development with regular internal and external training opportunities so that you always stay up-to-date

What you bring

• Qualification: Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse or equivalent training with at least one positive SRC pre-check
• Experience: You have experience in dealing with complex care situations
• Personality: You show commitment in interdisciplinary cooperation and enjoy participation and bring the necessary flexibility
