Tasks

• They are jointly responsible for ensuring the best possible care for patients in the age medicine and rehabilitation at the KSBL and take on a role model in nursing practice.
• They advise, accompany and support patients and their relatives
• They carry out nursing assessments and make recommendations to the interprofessional team
• They support the nursing teams in complex patient situations and in technical issues and carry out case meetings and short training courses.
• You are part of the team of nursing research and clinical practice and support it with your expertise and know-how and, in the sense of the shared governance approach, you are responsible for topics relating to practical development, securing the quality of care and care as well as the implementation of standards.
• They carry out self-responsible nursing visits on the KSBL Nurse Led Care Station (NLC)

Requirements

• They have several years of professional experience
• You have a master's degree in nursing sciences or are studying for it
• You are ready to link your theoretical knowledge with practice
• You are an enthusiastic, resilient and communication-strong personality
• You have great team player qualities and pleasure in empowering employees and in getting excited about evidence-based action and thinking
• Changes in everyday life are a motivation due to your mental flexibility and spur you to maximum performance
