- Implementation of the corporate and divisional objectives and achievement of the agreed qualitative and economic objectives
- Management of projects and services in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
- Further development of structures, processes, management tools and professional standards
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, internal rules and quality standards within the area

- Sound knowledge in project, quality and process management
- Strong business expertise and ability to manage complex project and organizational structures
- High leadership, decision-making and integration capacity
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Strong communication, cooperation and coaching skills
- High sense of responsibility, role and quality
- Be locally anchored (Basel Region) (Network)
