- Confirmed professional experience in salary management and HR administration in a public administration or a large structure (about 500 pers.)
- Professional practice in HR recruitment and development processes
- In-depth knowledge of wage management, social insurance and Swiss labour law, and if possible of the legal framework specific to the Cantonal Vaud administration
- Computer and digital skills Jurisdiction requested:
- Perfect mastery of Excel, aptitude for numbers and reporting
- Knowledge and use of an HRIS tool (Preferably PeopleSoft)
- Ability to manage a large volume of data and a wide variety of tasks
